JOB OVERVIEW
Adron Homes & Properties is hiring Business Representatives to support sales growth and help expand its customer base in Osogbo, Ife, and Ilesha. This role is suitable for motivated and goal-driven individuals who want to build a career in real estate sales.
The company is looking for people who can attract new clients, maintain good customer relationships, and promote the company’s housing products. Fresh graduates and candidates with little or no experience are welcome to apply.
Successful candidates will also take part in marketing campaigns, client follow-ups, and business meetings while working with the sales team to meet company goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Find and attract new customers through marketing and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Present company products and explain housing offers to customers
• Follow up with clients and support customer satisfaction
• Attend business meetings, campaigns, and promotional activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum qualification is SSCE
• 0–1 year experience is accepted
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet sales targets independently
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Must be confident, trustworthy, and customer-focused
SALARY
From ₦60,000 per month with performance-based incentives and additional benefits.
