Stowe Australia is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor & Industrial Electrician to join its busy Client Services Department in Port Melbourne, Victoria.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, organise, and coordinate industrial electrical field works
• Supervise and manage labour resources efficiently
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
• Maintain quality standards across all project activities
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
• Manage project materials and subcontractors
• Prepare financial and project progress reports
• Install field wiring and electrical support systems
• Perform termination of motors, sensors, and valves
• Support control panel and MCC installations
• Assist with industrial automation and PLC-related work
• Ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading electrical teams
• Strong industrial electrical experience
• Unrestricted Electrical Licence
• Unrestricted Driver’s Licence
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using Autodesk ACC software
• Knowledge of instrumentation systems
• PLC experience preferred
• Hazardous area experience desirable
• Experience installing control panels and MCCs
• EWP qualification preferred
• Working at Heights qualification preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends
• Must have full working rights in Australia
