Stowe Australia is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor & Industrial Electrician to join its busy Client Services Department in Port Melbourne, Victoria.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Plan, organise, and coordinate industrial electrical field works
β’ Supervise and manage labour resources efficiently
β’ Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
β’ Maintain quality standards across all project activities
β’ Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
β’ Manage project materials and subcontractors
β’ Prepare financial and project progress reports
β’ Install field wiring and electrical support systems
β’ Perform termination of motors, sensors, and valves
β’ Support control panel and MCC installations
β’ Assist with industrial automation and PLC-related work
β’ Ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule
JOB REQUIREMENTS
β’ Minimum 10 years of experience leading electrical teams
β’ Strong industrial electrical experience
β’ Unrestricted Electrical Licence
β’ Unrestricted Driver’s Licence
β’ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
β’ Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
β’ Experience using Autodesk ACC software
β’ Knowledge of instrumentation systems
β’ PLC experience preferred
β’ Hazardous area experience desirable
β’ Experience installing control panels and MCCs
β’ EWP qualification preferred
β’ Working at Heights qualification preferred
β’ Strong leadership and communication skills
β’ Ability to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends
β’ Must have full working rights in Australia
