JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
- Present scientific and medical information accurately and professionally.
- Share research findings in a fair and compliant manner.
- Collect medical insights to support business and medical strategies.
- Support Takeda-sponsored research and investigator-initiated studies.
- Attend medical conferences and scientific meetings.
- Respond to healthcare professional medical information requests.
- Use CRM systems and AI-powered digital tools for reporting and planning.
- Complete documentation, expense reports, and compliance records on time.
- Work closely with internal medical and cross-functional teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in Health Sciences (MSN, NP, or PA) is the minimum requirement.
- Doctoral degree such as PharmD, MD, or PhD is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex scientific information.
- Experience working within healthcare compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Comfortable using digital technology and AI tools.
- Clinical, research, or teaching experience is an advantage.
