JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with onshore analysts and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve queries related to outstanding finance tasks.
- Arrange meetings and calls with stakeholders when needed.
- Report MDM-related issues to the MDSL team quickly.
- Support managers in maintaining service level agreements (SLA).
- Help improve the quality of finance processes.
- Prepare training documents using approved templates.
- Perform invoice reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Assist with finance data analysis and business reporting.
- Follow company procedures and finance standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant finance experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles including debit and credit.
- Experience with account reconciliations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in invoice reconciliation.
- Knowledge of reporting, data warehousing, and financial modelling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
