JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Escort guests to their tables.
- Manage restaurant reservations and seating plans.
- Handle telephone reservations professionally.
- Assist VIP guests and large party bookings.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly prepared.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the host stand and entrance.
- Support restaurant and bar teams during service.
- Answer guest questions about menus and hotel services.
- Collect guest feedback and report concerns to management.
- Follow Rosewood brand standards and hotel procedures.
- Maintain guest confidentiality at all times.
- Help create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
- Work closely with colleagues to support daily operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2 to 3 years of experience in luxury or fine dining hospitality.
- Previous experience as a hostess, host, or restaurant receptionist is preferred.
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- College education or hospitality courses are an advantage.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Good attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and grooming.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
