JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze A/B tests from planning through final business recommendations.
- Study customer journeys across multiple devices and traffic sources.
- Identify website drop-offs and conversion opportunities.
- Develop and prioritize testing ideas based on business impact.
- Write SQL queries and Python scripts for analysis and automation.
- Build and maintain data pipelines using Shopify, GA4, Google Ads, and BigQuery.
- Perform statistical analysis and explain results clearly.
- Work with marketing, UX, and development teams to improve website performance.
- Support AI-powered analytical workflows for faster business insights.
- Present clear recommendations that can be implemented quickly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, experimentation, CRO, or e-commerce analytics.
- Strong SQL skills including joins, CTEs, window functions, and large datasets.
- Good knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Practical experience running A/B tests and statistical analysis.
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing analytics.
- Ability to collect data from APIs, warehouses, and multiple data sources independently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with BigQuery or AWS is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Looker, Tableau, FullStory, or Hotjar is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, curious, and detail-oriented.
