JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support children and young people with daily routines and personal care.
- Assist with meals, education, hobbies, and recreational activities.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with young people.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working with children or vulnerable people through paid or voluntary work.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Access to a personal vehicle.
- Basic computer and IT skills.
- Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, or willingness to complete the qualification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Caring, patient, and resilient personality.
- Ability to work in a residential care environment.
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding children.
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
