JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, floors, walls, and furniture.
- Make beds and replace used linens.
- Refill towels, toiletries, and guest room supplies.
- Vacuum carpets and dust all room surfaces.
- Clean mirrors, windows, and sanitize high-touch areas.
- Keep housekeeping carts stocked and organized.
- Welcome guests politely and respond to requests professionally.
- Report maintenance problems or safety concerns immediately.
- Follow hotel cleaning, safety, and security procedures.
- Support other housekeeping team members when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous housekeeping or professional cleaning experience preferred.
- Hotel housekeeping experience is an advantage.
- Around 2 years of housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and manage time well.
- Friendly communication and customer service skills.
- Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing and walking for long periods.
- Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
