JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle complex customer enquiries by phone, email, and internal systems.
- Resolve escalated issues related to orders, billing, deliveries, and products.
- Process advanced customer orders, returns, credits, and exceptions.
- Support healthcare professionals, patients, and internal business teams.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Quality departments.
- Act as a subject matter expert for customer support processes.
- Help train and guide junior customer service representatives.
- Monitor service quality and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
- Follow company policies and healthcare industry regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
