TeleSolv Consulting is hiring a Remote Call Center Representative to support a Federal Government outreach program.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally.
  • Provide accurate and approved information to the public.
  • Respond to phone, email, and customer support requests.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must live in one of the approved Texas locations.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must currently hold or previously have held an Active Secret Clearance.
  • Must successfully complete a government background investigation.
  • Credit check is required.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using multiple computer systems.
  • Ability to work independently from home.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Previous remote work experience is an advantage.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred.
