JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Take drink orders from guests and serving staff.
- Collect payments and provide accurate change.
- Mix beverages using approved recipes and standard measurements.
- Check customer identification before serving alcohol.
- Follow responsible alcohol service policies at all times.
- Complete daily sales and inventory reports accurately.
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Order beverages, liquor, and other bar supplies when needed.
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service throughout each shift.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a busy bar or restaurant.
- Experience handling cash and processing credit card payments.
- Previous experience using a computerized point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable standing for long periods during busy events.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules.
- No high school diploma or GED is required.
