JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Oversee clinical trial budgets and financial planning
β’ Ensure effective study oversight throughout the trial lifecycle
β’ Support timely study start-up activities
β’ Monitor enrollment targets and study progress
β’ Improve study integrity and compliance standards
β’ Build strong relationships with sponsors, sites, and stakeholders
β’ Coordinate trial activities across multiple teams
β’ Manage risks and resolve operational issues
β’ Ensure studies follow regulatory and ethical requirements
β’ Support team performance and project delivery goals
JOB REQUIREMENTS
β’ Minimum of 6 years of Clinical Trial Management experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical organization
β’ Previous CRA (Clinical Research Associate) experience
β’ Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field
β’ At least 10 years of overall relevant clinical research experience
β’ Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations and processes
β’ Excellent leadership and communication skills
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
β’ Experience working with cross-functional teams
β’ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ 2 or more years of monitoring experience
β’ Experience managing complex or global clinical trials
β’ Experience managing studies from start-up through database lock
β’ Experience mentoring or coaching Clinical Trial Managers
β’ Previous team leadership experience
β’ Participation in departmental improvement initiatives
