JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee clinical trial budgets and financial planning
• Ensure effective study oversight throughout the trial lifecycle
• Support timely study start-up activities
• Monitor enrollment targets and study progress
• Improve study integrity and compliance standards
• Build strong relationships with sponsors, sites, and stakeholders
• Coordinate trial activities across multiple teams
• Manage risks and resolve operational issues
• Ensure studies follow regulatory and ethical requirements
• Support team performance and project delivery goals
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 6 years of Clinical Trial Management experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical organization
• Previous CRA (Clinical Research Associate) experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field
• At least 10 years of overall relevant clinical research experience
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations and processes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 or more years of monitoring experience
• Experience managing complex or global clinical trials
• Experience managing studies from start-up through database lock
• Experience mentoring or coaching Clinical Trial Managers
• Previous team leadership experience
• Participation in departmental improvement initiatives
